The competition is open to both professional and amateur chefs alike and is a fantastic opportunity to share your individual twists on traditional and local favourite dishes with the world.

All entrants in the competition will receive a free ticket to the event being held in London's ExCeL Centre (travel and accommodation must be organized at ticketholders expense) and all video recipes will be on show at the event, which is expecting over 20,000 attendees.
